Delivery Method-

PowerPoint presentation.  Introduction includes a clear look inside reasons to poor team performance. This overview will emphasize the unique situations at your facility, making this point more crucial. A review of the M-Approach and effective team building will be covered. Additionally the leadership styles that are appropriate to desired results will be addressed. Role-playing depicting effective communication skills is included. 10 minutes for Q&A. The 3 hour workshop will cover a more in-depth review of the M-Approach and more time for problem-solving activities.
