Delivery Method-

PowerPoint presentation/case studies. A brief overview highlighting situations that warrant tough talks are covered. Then a review of present behaviors needed to confront difficult people is addressed. Also included are demonstrations of confrontational interactions. Will address keys needed to develop winning relationships and its importance. Attendees will role-play effective communication styles when having tough talks.
