We offer a clear cut simplistic format to achieve total wellness. The steps addressed incorporate factors--that if ignored--could diminish mental clarity, memory, energy, and overall well-being. The opposite of well-being is disease.  

Incorporating the steps to total wellness negates the need for artificial substances that often render deleterious effects. Caffeine, high energy drinks, tobacco, alcohol, and stimulant drugs are replaced with the tools taught in this session. 

Why should employers be concerned about their staff achieving total wellness? In brief, to attain the following:

  • Allow the body to enter into its natural restoration to be prepared for physical and mental demands

Seminar Outline

Module One - Mind Over Matter

What can't be accomplished through pure mind control. This is not a mystical feat, but it is taking the necessary steps to achieve desired goals. Those steps will be addressed.

Module Two - Breathing for Health

Proper breathing brings needed oxygen to the brain and every cell in your body. Many have not practiced this basic technique. In this session, you will practice proper breathing techniques and discover the real importance for doing this daily.

Module Three - Restoration Sleep

There are different stages of sleep and entering into all stages are necessary for good health. A review of the stages and how to capture restoration sleep are covered. Additionally, the results of not enter-ing into restoration sleep and its impact on health and more importantly your performance are covered.

Module Four - Proven Ways to Longevity

In this session, the proven ways to longevity are covered. Each participant will construct their detailed map to longevity. The importance of this exercise is to allow attendees to choose their starting point and how much of the proven ways, if not all, they want to incorporate to enrich and possibly extend their lives and live more vibrantly.

Module Five - A Balancing Act

We will address ways to incorporate balance into busy lives. In these overwhelming stressful times, achieving balance helps rejuvenate us and is healthy. Participants will select their chosen measures to assess for an improved balanced life.
