Module One: Define Stress
Any pressure, tension or strain that causes the body to react physiologically and psychologically to prepare possibly for fight or flight defines stress. Indeed, life would be boring without the fluctuations in tension. To deviate from a carefully orchestrated routine is troublesome for many, this is why this training is needed.
Module Two: What Causes Stress?
In this segment , we will focus on the many causes of stress which impact daily performance. Your team needs to be able to manage these stressors in order to be productive, lessen mistakes, and limit those outbursts.
Module Three: Workplace and Stress
Unrealistic deadlines, misunderstandings, faulty communications, and limited resources are just some of the demands that place undue pressure on teams. You can't always manage the chaotic work structure; but, you can manage self which is the focus of this segment.

By nurturing your body and building your core and supplying your body with nutrients to balance your nerves are just some of the helpful guidelines we will cover in this session.
