Seminar Outline

Step One: Nutrition

In this segment, soldiers will receive basic nutrition information to help them plan better food choices and be more equipped to navigate through false data on health and diet.

Step Two: Air and Health

Fresh air and deep breathing can do more for your health than most people realize. Tiredness and lack of energy can be remedied by doing simple exercises. Soldiers will be taught how and when to do these exercises to improve vitality.

Step Three: Value Clarification

A ship without a sail is the person who does not have values clearly assessed and prioritized. Value clarification is assessing and ranking your values or morals according to its importance to you. The next step is to carefully review your behavior to support those values. This training is a must for soldiers who want to progress or are in leadership positions.

Step Four - Yield

It's all about what works for your body to improve your immune system and ultimate productivity. The big picture includes what does not work for your body and interferes with your mental functioning and physical performance. In this session, you will receive firsthand information on becoming a stronger person.

Step Five - Water Needs

Every system in your body depends on water. It flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to cells, lubricates joints, and regulates body tem-perature. Insufficient water intake can lead to mild dehydration and drain your energy. Servicemen need the basics on their water needs and how to calculate how much needed during different situations.

Step Six - Exercise

To enhance performance and avoid injury, soldiers need to know what nutrients are especially needed to fuel them. Don't waste time searching the Internet and oftentimes getting bogus information; we will teach you what your body needs and simple food choices to select to improve your physical abilities.

Step Seven - Longevity

We want our servicemen to continue to serve post active duty. In this training, you will get the keys to longevity. It is a carefully outlined plan that will be taught.

Step Eight - Leisure

Incorporating this step can restore and rejuvenate your body. It must be planned regularly to get the most benefit. We will discuss how you can ac-complish this even in small segments of time.
